Andre Phillips

Andre Phillips holds a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in General Psychology (M.S.) from Albizu University.

He has amassed hundreds of hours of clinical experience, encompassing both assessments and interventions. His clinical focus is on outpatient adults aged 18-65, as well as individuals with neurocognitive disorders.

When working with patients, Andre Philips primarily uses an eclectic yet empirical therapeutic approach that is customized to each patient’s unique needs. However, he has a strong affinity for depth-based psychotherapy, especially for those with complex backgrounds and pathologies. He has intensely researched the efficacy of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy for cancer patients experiencing emotional distress.

Andre Philips’s background also includes teaching and lecturing experience at Albizu University and the Florida Psychoanalytic Center, where he focuses on psychodynamic psychotherapy and its clinical applications.
