The conference is dedicated to work, life, and health.
Presentations may address all aspects of professional activity, personal life, and human health—considered both individually and in terms of their interrelationships.
The conference focuses on the individual functioning in multiple roles—as an employee, a professional, a parent, a partner, a member of the community (and more)—and the challenges that the modern world (including work) poses to their physical, mental, and social well-being.
The aim of the conference is to create an interdisciplinary space for reflection on contemporary medicine and health sciences, models and the nature of work, and their impact on the quality of life and health of individuals, groups, and society as a whole.
The conference topics will be analyzed from the perspectives of medical and health sciences, psychology, education, sociology, law, economics, management, labor studies, anthropology, and other fields.
Special attention will be given to issues related to work-life balance, mental health, work-related overload and stress, workplace safety, new employment models, and changes taking place in today’s labor market.
The conference will also provide an opportunity to examine work, life, and health from the perspectives of culture, literature, film, art, and the media. Together, we will explore how societal perceptions of work, success, rest, illness, care, and well-being are changing, and how contemporary culture reflects the tensions between productivity and the need to live a healthy and balanced life.
The international nature of the event is intended to foster the exchange of experiences, research, and best practices among representatives of various academic and professional communities. The conference will serve as a forum for discussing how to design work environments, social policies, and organizational solutions that support human health, well-being, and the ability to harmoniously balance different spheres of life.
