The conference is dedicated to key issues, challenges, and dynamic transformations in contemporary medicine. Its aim is to analyze current health problems, present the latest scientific achievements, and discuss the directions of medical development at both national and international levels.

Special emphasis is placed on an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to the patient, taking into account not only biological and clinical aspects but also the psychological, social, and environmental determinants of health. The Conference promotes best practices, innovative diagnostic and therapeutic methods, the development of new medical technologies, and high ethical standards in healthcare.

The event serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience among representatives of various fields of medicine and health sciences, fostering the integration of the scientific community and the development of modern, effective, and patient-centered models of medical care.

Presentations will be organized into thematic panels corresponding to the respective scientific disciplines.

• Medicine of the future – innovative therapies, personalized medicine, gene and cell therapies.

• Public health and prevention – health promotion, epidemiology, preventive programs.
• Palliative care and pain management – standards of care, quality of life of chronically ill patients.
• Geriatrics and elderly care medicine – comprehensive care for older adults.
• Mental health across different age groups – new therapeutic and systemic challenges.
• Ethics and law in medicine – patients’ rights, bioethics, professional responsibility.
• Interdisciplinarity in healthcare – collaboration among physicians, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
• Healthcare management – organization of healthcare systems, quality and patient safety.
• Medical education and professional development – new models of education and continuous training of medical staff.
• Social and cultural determinants of health – inequalities in access to care, patient communication, medicine and society.

We encourage you to address these problems and to conceptualize their upcoming solutions. Importantly, the thematic areas mentioned above are to be treated only as examples. We strongly encourage you to go beyond them.

Presentations may be based on your own or third-party research (review literature and research of others), as well as take the form of posters or case-studies.

We accept presentations in Polish and English.

• Medical students and doctoral students, medical professionals, psychologists, and experienced researchers, as well as all others interested in the above-indicated fields of research can actively participate in the conference as speakers.
• Passive participants (audience) do not need to possess any prior academic knowledge or background.

Steps necessary to register for the conference as an active participant (conference speaker):

2️⃣Submit the above-mentioned Speaker Registration Form by 23.59 on December 1, 2026 (we will not extend this deadline).

📣The results of the abstract selection process will be announced by December 3, 2026.

3️⃣Pay the conference fee to the bank account number that will be provided to the qualified speakers via e-mail. The fee must be paid by December 5, 2026 at the latest.

➤PASSIVE PARTICIPATION (CONFERENCE AUDIENCE)

Steps necessary to register for the conference by a passive participant (audience):

2️⃣Submit the Audience Registration Form by 23.59 on December 6, 2026. Failure to fill in the form will result in the inability to passively participate in the conference (and thus the inability to receive a passive conference participant certificate).

3️⃣Pay the audience fee to the bank account number that will be provided to you via e-mail. The fee must be paid by December 8, 2026 at the latest.

Don’t worry! Registered audience will have a chance to see the conference schedule with a full list of speakers and names of their presentations before submitting the conference fee. The schedule will be delivered to registered audience by email.

➤ SPEAKERS – 2 options:

• 239 PLN / 65 EUR – participation as a speaker + digital certificate (PDF with digital signatures of Members of the Academic Committee for self-printing) sent via email (widely-accepted equivalent of the traditional certificate).

– OR –

• 269 PLN / 75 EUR – participation as a speaker + digital certificate + traditional certificate sent via post.

➤ AUDIENCE – 2 options:

• 139 PLN / 40 EUR – audience participation + digital certificate (PDF with digital signatures of Members of the Academic Committe for self-printing) sent via email (widely-accepted equivalent of the traditional certificate)

Please use the following pattern when filling in the transfer title field when making the payment of your conference fee*:

* Failure to do so may result in delays in posting the fee on the appropriate account and, consequently, even exclude your participation in the conference.

In the case of a co-authorship of a presentation by two, three or more speakers, please pay the fee for each of the speakers separately.

The organizers anticipate the possibility of publication in the form of a monograph. However, such possibility will depend on the number of authors willing to publish their text (chapter) in a monograph. The price for participation in the conference does not include the publication fee.

• Our certificates are widely recognized in scholarship and grant procedures by public and private universities and other entities.
• It is possible to receive a VAT invoice (please request it in the registration form).
• If your participation in the conference is to be financed by the university (or other institution/company), we suggest that you pay for your participation from your personal funds and then obtain reimbursement from the university on the basis of an invoice issued by the Center to your university (institution/company).
• The fee is non-refundable (since it grants you the right of entry to the conference).
• The link to the online conference room will be made available to registered participants within 24 hours before the start of the conference.
• It is possible to deliver a conference presentation by two or more speakers (the fee should be multiplied by the number of speakers).
• It is possible to receive a certificate for co-authorship of research by individuals who do not present at the conference but have actively participated in the research presented at the conference. In order to receive such a certificate, it is required that (1) each co-author of the research pays the fee as for active participation, (2) each co-author of the research completes an active participation form with the indication of the other co-authors, and (3) the presenting participant (speaker) sends a documentary statement (e-mail) confirming the names of the non-presenting co-authors of the research at the conference and their academic affiliations.
• The presentation time is 15-25 minutes (depending on the fact of giving a solo or duet presentation and the total number of presentations during the conference).
• Paper certificates of participation will be sent by traditional mail up to two (Poland) months from the end of the conference – due to the approaching scholarship deadlines, we will attempt to send them even faster.
• Digital certificates are sent within a week from the end of the conference to *all* participants.
• Each participant will receive a certificate on the composition of the Conference Committee.
• Each participant will receive a certificate confirming the status of the Center for American Studies / Center for Medical Studies as a scientific society engaged primarily in independent and continuous scientific activity, along with a complete list of the members of the Academic Council.
• In addition to the certificates and the confirmation of the composition of the Academic Council, all participants will also receive a Book of Abstracts bearing an official ISBN (International Standard Book Number). The Book of Abstracts may be attached to the certificate as part of scholarship and grant application procedures.

Preparing your abstract in accordance with these guidelines increases the chances of a positive review and acceptance to present at the conference as a speaker.

• The exact time of speaking at the conference is pre-determined by the Organizer (it will be not possible to change the time of your conference presentation set in the conference schedule).
